Synthesizing insights

Utilized a systematic approach to analyze and synthesize the gathered insights, to develop a robust design and business strategy. This well-crafted strategy was then leveraged to craft persuasive proposals, thereby enabling successful procurement of government contracts.

Journey Map for Dept. of Justice

Journey Mapping

Created visual representations that depicted the complete path traversed by users to accomplish their goals. This approach facilitated the identification of potential areas of inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the customer experience, thereby enabling the strategic allocation of resources and efforts towards enhancing the overall value proposition.

Prototypes

Developed customized design solutions that significantly contributed to several business development endeavors, resulting in successful bids totaling over $700 million.

Objective: Create an intuitive display that can give a quick glance summary of a defendant’s timeline.
Considerations: Not meant to give a complete in-depth view, that comes later in the process. Compatible for digital and print.
